Duration depends mainly on the problem and business complexity, availability of the business owner and helpers, and the level of investment by the business owner and helpers in their part of the process.
You’ll get pricing after our intro meeting. Price is per month based on estimated effort. Commitment is completing phase two fully in minimum time possible. Stopping halfway hurts everyone.

To minimize the risk of not succeeding (from my perspective too!), I’ll refuse to continue to phase two if I fear the chance of success is low. Success depends mainly on you — on the extent of your and your helpers’ full cooperation in the process.
Shouldn’t be needed since we align expectations upfront. If it happens, you get refund for unused portion.
Depends on you! Don’t start if you don’t enjoy at least one of: sports, puzzles, learning, work, personal growth, business progress.
If you fear the process and you’re just trying to prove it won’t work, don’t bother.
